Meatless Monday with Dave Becker

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our second cooking class with Dave Becker, chef-owner of Sweet Basil and Juniper; this class was our first collaboration with Needham Community Education. For the class, Dave and his team prepared kits that allowed participants to cook along with Dave as he whipped up a delicious meal of beet and goat cheese salad, Boursin crusted eggplant parmesan, and pasta tossed with three-bean ragout. Here are some before and after photos to give you an idea of what we made.
